I only need it to transpost my bag and I from my house to Carleton University (~20 mins). Maybe I'll occasionally ride along the Rideau Canal. I really only need a seat, two wheels and handlebars. Everything else is extra and I wouldn't know how to use it. The old bike had levers to shift gears I presume, and I never made use of it. Max budget is $150 and that's pushing it. Ideally I would prefer it was cheaper. I'm 5'6" (169 cm) and weigh 110 lbs (50 kg).
