bought one of these recently because they were on sale at evo.

bikes fun, but the single-speed hub is a lot quieter than the mtb hubs i'm used to and the ratio is kinda light but i'm working on fixing that.

i have a potato camera, so here's a stock photo.

the route is 15 miles round trip of 'house-rail trail-work-rail trail-house', literally a straight shot with no actual city or country road riding unless i want to detour. it's also about 7-10 miles one-way to the mtb trails in either direction.

for reference the hubs are joytech disc hubs on trp hydraulic disc brakes that came stock on my crusade. i'm about to go through and unfuck the discs from rubbing (they do a tiny bit), but that doesn't actually help the hubs not spinning freely when out of the brake calipers and droputs entirely.

i'd like to have it worked out tonight (so i can ride to work tomorrow) but i'll cage it over to the bike shop before work if not.
