There's never enough of them, so you'll likely end up just using your lock to lock your wheel, so a thief has to carry your bike, because they're all occupied, which leads me to my final raging:
It's because other bikers are retards, and park like shit and just abandon their crappy bikes on the, locked to them forever, with more and more shitbikes piled on top, until you can't even do the first option anymore. Sometimes I really wish for license plates for bikes.
