>>1105918That's what I'm (
>>1105893) worried about myself, stealth camping. I will have to pass through all of flat-as-a-pancake-no-trees-in-sight Kansas and E. Colorado and I'm wondering how to work with such open landscape.
My camping plan is to get a bivy sack in some neutral organic color that will sit low to the ground unlike a tent and colored to blend in with the green-brown grass. I was planning to get a brown tarp to cover my bike when necessary.
But even these two ideas . . . not sure how well they will work in such an empty place. No worries at all once i get to the mountains and Colorado and beyond, but I am from this region and know full well how much fun a white trash teenager after school on his way to pick up a 24 pack and some speed from his uncle could have with some faggot cyclist camped on the side of the side of the road.
And that makes me nervous.
Especially when you call the cops after the beatdown and the officer that shows up is the uncle.
