With the full restoration of the Hohi Main Line meant the restoration of the full Tran-Kyushu Express and Aso Boy! services from Kumamoto to Beppu, but there are some changes
- There will be two roundtrips for the Tran-Kyushu Express daily with one of them being replaced by Aso Boy! during weekends and holidays
- The return of the Ltd. Express Aso (it was folding into Trans-Kyushu Express back in 2004) serving between Kumamoto and Miyaji with 1 roundtrip during weekdays and 3 roundtrips during weekends.
