Their estimates aren't quite right for my area because the computer doesn't recognize that I live very close to a large "open space" park that can be biked through easily to access retail and a broader network of bike infra, but the walk score is actually much too high because the majority of destinations they count on the map are actually at least 10 minutes away in practice because walking to them means waiting for a crossing signal at a major intersection with long wait times for pedestrians.
