i am 198 cm tall (~88 cm inseam). using the calculator posted above, the size of the frame should be ~51 cm (20 inches). though i ride on the pavement a lot, i ride in forests and on bad roads rather often, so i'm guessing that a mountain bike would be a better choice.
i am from baltics and here we use another site for trading. luckily, the interface has been translated to english, but you would need to put the listing text in yandex translate or deepl still.
https://www.ss.lv/en/transport/bycycles/mountainit does not help that most sellers don't tell a lot about the bike they're selling, and it's rather hard to find info on most of these bikes if you simply want to get the frame size.
