I bought a small portable pump from Amazon that is supposed to fit both types of valves right out of the box. I wasn't able to get any air into the tires, so I kept pushing the pump further onto my Schrader valve and then all of a sudden a ton of air got released and I flattened my tires. The valve is still sticking out but I have to push it from behind with the tire to get a grasp on it. I am going to try using a different pump and see if I have any better luck. No idea how the valves work or are set up, but is it possible I pushed it too far in and punctured a tube?
