>>1482650Nah it ain't dented, that's how they are. I thought about doing a complete mirror polish but it would take a lot of work and a finer cutting compound but it wouldn't last on aluminum and take a shitload of time since I don't have any power tools.
As for difference from biopace I can't really feel anything except that now I have a better chainline. Can't comment much about shifting performance since it used to work pretty good before and it's quite flat here so I mostly stay on the big dog. Maybe in time I'll feel something. I do have a 90's MemeTB with biopace and shifting is somewhat shit though but maybe that's just triple.
