>>1383198>>1383234Just had a look at it again this evening. Couldn't be bothered regreasing it (yes I should, I can always do it later). But yeah, clearly the dust cap had come loose, and I was wondering what actually holds it in. I'm guessing it's just a friction fit right? So I just knocked it back in for the moment. And I assume to remove it, you need to take off the spacers and then pry it up using the inside circular edge.
Also I adjusted the cones because there was a ridiculous amount of play in it. Like I say obviously I definitely should clean it up and regrease it all, maybe I'll do it at the weekend. But hopefully I can travel the mile or so to the shop like it is right now.
