the jagwire elite link/fish bone style housing looked expensive and complicated but i've looked into it and the price won't be too bad with aliexpress new user coupons/bonuses
there are several advantages to this type of housing like light weight, good feel (the links are solid aluminium so there's no compression), good flexibility, easy/low cost maintenance (just need to replace the liner)
