I've had a Towild one bundled with their front light. You couldn't turn off the 'smart' brake detection. It went off at every curb, every bump, every downhill, every sharp corner, without even consistently doing it when I was braking.
It also had retarded light patterns, it was either solid or mostly solid draining the battery very fast or pulsing with more than 1 second delay, useless.
I suggest Fenix BC05R v.2. I've bought one and immediatelly ordered another one soon after. It claims 6 hours on solid-high and I've verified it lasts at least that much since I left it overnight to test it. It has useful patterns that allow you to range your battery life from 6 hours to some insane 100+ hours claimed on low-fast strobe. solid, slow pulse or fast pulse, either low or high, 6 options total. You can use any rubber band if the included one breaks (I think the included one looks ugly). A 'pocket' clip is also included so you can attach it to bag belts/straps. Battery indicator is on the button when pressed when off. It's a bit unintuitive IMO, solid red for 25-50% but flashing red for 0-25%. Usb c of course. Solid water resistance by the looks and feels of the plug, which presses against the seatpost so it should be watertight.
This is one of those products I'm annoying about.
