We have very different work bike philosophies, my way is to take the small deliveries and run as many as I can as fast as I can while his setup takes the larger catering orders for bigger payouts. The mods he's done to his bakfiets is quite extensive, large cooler for the food, powered hub motor in the front wheel, loud speaker system, god knows how many batteries he has hooked up to the thing, and a LOUD electronic horn that I get a kick hearing every time I say hi. Kind of has that post-apocalypse bike feel to it.
