I'm sure that bike must feel really weird, I have a bike (57cm frame) with a 50mm stem and it already feels similar to a 53cm frame bike I have, so I can't really imagine how sensitive must be the handling on that small bike with that non existent stem. Also hard to imagine the user's body proportion, must be a person with long legs and extremely short torso and arms.
