Assuming you've got basic hubs, you can get generic rebuild kits and bearing balls off Amazon and the like for pretty cheap. Same goes for the freewheel removal tool, it's a <$10 thingy you use with a big wrench and it's a damn godsend compared to disassembly or any other bodge method to get it out of the way. You'll also need a cone wrench to get the bearings adjusted right.
