But its never left the building or gone anywhere.
The problems with tanks and storage infrastructure hasn't gone away, and there are no commercial interests who can sell you anything TODAY.
Ammonium nitrate is in a similar position, but its used for fertilizer, so its okay if there is regular explosions of 1 Kton TNT. Meanwhile hydrogen is only valued at US$115.25 billion globally, which means it should be bigger.
