set saddle near parallel to the ground (very slightly nose down)
take inseam measurement in bare feet (.eg 78 mm)
for length between pedal top and seat top add 10.5 % (86.19 mm) Height A
for length between bottom bracket center to seat top subtract 10.26% (69.9972 mm) Height B
just while you are at it measure the height between the seat top and the ground on my bike it is 96 mm
anyway you should be able to straiten your right leg to full extension with the ball of that foot above the center of the pedal axle
and at the same time with your left leg only just be able to touch the ground with the tip of your toe (depending on Bottom bracket height and crank length)
