Upon impact, the shell creates a hole in the ground 6 meters deep and 15 meters in diameter. Normally these ships would sail with over 1000 rounds. More than enough to lessen the congestion issues for Amsterdam.
Of course if the conventional high explosive shells don't do the trick, the Mark 23 shell with a 50 kiloton yield should do the trick with just one or two shots.
