Now I realize the headset is tight and notchy. Feels like it has no grease. Same with the hubs. Same with the non-cartridge bottom bracket. Same with the pedals.
It's like the entire bike has been assembled without grease and every bearing overtightened to fuck.
And the wheels are out of true.
This is going to take me hours of work to set it up well. So often those truely chinky bearings are actually not even possible to setup well even new for whatever bizarre reason. I could have gotten her something so much better used. It weighs a tonne.
I can't imagine they do anything more than bolt it all together at a big box store.
And like is some lazy poorfag who wants a BSO REALLY going to go against the instructions and overhaul all the bearings and true the wheels? Fucking really?
