I bought a Radrover 5 (one in OP's pic) recently. Haven't been biking in forever because I moved to the hilly pnw a few years ago. It is amazingly wonderful getting around on it. Really the only thing that sucks is the weight, almost 70 pounds stock but that's not an issue once you're moving. One thing to know is you wouldn't be blasting around but more cruising at ease. It'll hit 20mph easy on straights but uphill you could go as low as 5mph just on the motor. But it's nice when you don't have to pedal at all. The real limitation for me is worrying about it being culturally enriched or the lack of bike racks at most places. So my electric skateboard that I can carry around is still more "practical" if I want to grocery shop but an ebike is a lot faster because it can tackle cracks and potholes.
Thoughts on my Radrover. (idk about their other models) it has a secret menu to take the speed limiter to 40kph (24.8mph). Also in the secret menu, you can set wheel size which a smaller wheel setting can get you to almost 30mph real speed but the motor is running out of steam at 25mph anyways. The bike is huge, I'm 5'9" and my balls are resting on the frame, supprised no one really talks about how big these bikes are and wish they made more smaller framed traditional looking bikes (non step thru). The stock headlight sucks, it's almost pointless and brake light is below the tire. Like wtf was the point of them even including them this year. The fenders are good though. I heard that Rad motors are more likely 500w motors pushed to 750w but I don't see any real issue here for their class rating. There's no regen braking (its on some city bikes) which sucks to me, regen braking feels nice and really saves brakes. Range is completely fine, you can be just on the throttle the whole time and get 20 miles. I don't want to shill Rad Power too much but I haven't really heard of any similar $1500 models and my experience has been fine so far.
