the gray mini sheets between the tee and the headtube filled perfectly its gap. "cilindric sheets" were not only tin, but machined cilidrical aluminum sheet. aluminum filled the gap while tin make up for the surface adhesion between all this stuff (machined aluminum cilidrincal surface sheet was too smooth).
