the compact crankset is overgeared for meme riding
none are huge issues. The upgrades the guy offers (g-ones, ultegra pedals, new brakes (what are they?)), are all really great.
Price is really more about how much you like it, how much you want to fuck around, your local market, and what he expects. Go ride it to make sure you like it, take cash and sort it in person. It's also worth looking him in the eye to ask about any bullshit things he may not be mentioning like the bb creaking.
Personally though, i've bought a black road bike because it was good on paper before and never again. Fuck black road bikes. I'd have pic related in a heartbeat.
