What needs to be said however is that this sporty bikepacking trend is hot garbage and seems more like a scheme by accessory manufacturer to sell you as many mounts and bags as possible than anything else. You used to be able to fit more stuff into fewer bags at no discernible penalty to weight or aerodynamics. Also drop bars are fucking sketchy on loose surfaces, don't know why everyone insists on them for nearly all types of cycling all of the sudden.
