>>1649456Anon,i live in Brazil too, you gotta keep this things on mind before taking any bike projects:
-Never mess with one piece crank frames (monobloco, a caixaria geralmente eh maior do que o normal)
-Never mess with a bad welded frame (this frame look like a SENAI junior made the welds)
-Never mess with plain simples 1020 steel frames (only if they're double butted like Sundown used to do with their Shimanimal and Raindrop frames)
-Stay away from generic brands like Houston, Monark, Prince,Ocean and such. Basically the only kind of national stuff you want is Caloi, Sundown, Alfameq and such, but only pre-2000's
