You can get models with or without suspension forks depending on your prefence. Mudgaurds, kickstands and lights usually don't come installed from the factory but virtually all of them come with the necesarry mounting points to retrofit them as well as racks.
Currently you will find that bikes are often discounted so look for one you like and can get a good deal on. I'd also advise to test ride it if possible to avoid the hassle if you have to return it and make sure you actually enjoy it.
