How can I practice unclipping more to avoid a catastrophe? And don't say just ride or to hold onto a wall and practice unclipping. Is there an exercise that really tests your unclipping ability?
And does + on the adjuster means the pedal clips on harder, and - that it's easier to unclip? I swear it made no fucking difference.
