1) (obviously) the lay of the land where the bike is parked. super helpful for a thief casing the area to not have to even visit. thanks, craigslist seller!
2) it's pretty obvious this guy is too much of a lazy fuck to check on his bike if he can't even be bothered to come downstairs, let alone take a proper photo of it. you could probably make a ruckus cutting the lock and he would just furtively glance outside
