Nothing the spec is really good just replace like for like when it wears out. Spend the money on a long weekend riding holiday or some comfy cycle clothes if it's burning a hole in your pocket...

there is really no point for tubeless until you ruin a tire or get lots of flats. I bought these tubeless mavics that shipped w/ (i think) butyl tubes and they barely ever lose air.

for faggots who ride only DH- if you plan on climbing trails or any pavement you want at least 35 psi- i ride trails on 45 with no problems. i prefer a hard skinny tire though- you gotta see what suits you.

upgrade to SLX M7000, and upgrade the fork to a RS yari, so it's a little stiffer, than the 32 which feels like overcooked spaghetti over 120mm.

Lower gears are easier on the knees. Don't want to wear them out any more than necessary. You will be able to pedal up a steeper slope than is even possible in higher gears. More efficient on steep/loose climbs. More control with a higher cadence for technical climbing.
