>>10220171. It's inevitable that the roads would have to intersect at some point, given the limited space. I've seen people go far with just separate lanes for colors, but they do have to use intersections at some point.
2. Homes/businesses do not spawn adjacent to roads. But, yeah, I've considered allowing one to clear cars (with a strong penalty).
