However, in the past century there has been ONE change in road wheel/tire diameter, from 630 to 622. (and one change in width, going from 21 to 23; 25 is a meme and all 25ers should be gassed) With mountain bikes, the industry keeps pushing new shit-tier memes like 29", 650b, dropper posts, 1x, etc. (I acknowledge 1x is great for dh and enduro, but it shouldn't be pushed on xc).
