>>1050777Do it. The riser bar one is cheaper and reportedly has better brakes though (at least the newer, tasteful blue colored model). If you need drop bars, get this one I guess. The standard tires aren't great but you can get replacements once you wear them out.
I'm really tempted to get one myself, but I live with mom and dad and my basement is filled with old BMX bikes that my dad won't part with, and I have more than enough bikes myself. I wonder how narrow the rims are, if I can use skinnier tires. IIRC there is an aluminum fixie but it only has the riser bars and it is the most ugly (but lightest) of the bunch.
