23" is way too long for a 20" bike, my friend who is your height had a custom made 21.75, felt like a limo (I'm 6', ride a 21" TT, could barely ride his bike). Tiny differences on BMX frame dimensions make huge differences on how they feel, have to ride it to find out if you like it
