Day works like this - Split into three groups, one does a Q&A with a ex-apprentice, one does admin stuff (paperwork) while the last does the interview. Interview isn't anything technical, just "what would you do" questions and the like.
Group activity for me was trying to build a bridge. Didn't complete it.
