I need to buy a few tubes but I don't want to take my bike to the store (too far to carry a hunk of metal with a flat)...

Is "700c" enough information to get the right kind of tube?

You'll need the tire width too. Inner tubes are sold as something like '700c x 23' where 23 is the tire width.

700c x tire width. Tubes usually have a range of widths, like 700x25-28. Tire width printed on sidewall usually.

From a distance yours look like 25's-

Note also the ISO size numbering: (width in mm)-(bead seat diameter in mm). For a 700x25C tire, this would be 25-622. Too narrow of a tube risks bursting when inflated inside the larger tire, while too large of a tube will be wrinkled up inside the smaller tire.

Only ones in stock when I bought them for 2,49€ for 2 tubes.
They work well and I only get flats when something realy punktures the tyre.

Guy at LBS says it's from chafing. Would a small section of flattened wheel (<2") be enough? I don't think I even rode it once.

Here it is pumped up. You can see a dent in the tube. All the air comes from the corners of that dent.

You need to know:
>tire diamater (700c)
>tire width
>valve stem type (Presta or Schrader)
Tubes also come with variable lengths of valve stems but this is generally only an issue on really deep rims. With Scrader it's almost never an issue. With Presta, if you're concerned, get the 48mm stems (rather than the 32mm stems). 32mm looks nicer when it fits though.
