Schwalbe doesn't do QC. And I say this as an owner of tyres from all the major manufacturers, including Schwalbe. Fit and finish on their tyres has always been complete shit.

i'm like 80% sure deli tire is actually the same as schwalbe- both made in indonesia, both have similar molds- these were $20 a pair on ebay and are an old RR mold.

This. Saw a thread on another forum where he said he called customer service because they weighted more than 8% heavier because that's the maximum it says is allowed in the catalog and they told him there's an additional manufacturing tolerance on top of the one in the catalog.
