How harshly do people judge cyclists? I want to get a new bike but I'm afraid of being judged by the normies as being a loser for riding a bike instead of driving, keep in mind that I also live near a lot of the white trash southern type.
Il just be using it for a short commute and for fun rides occasionally. I think its a good investment because ill use the bike for a long time so I went with the contend. But there's also the straight-bar paddle shifter Escape 3 bike for half the price and looks a lot less like a spandextard bike.
Which should I buy?
Also bike buying general I guess so this thread isn't a total waste.
