Power Up - "Looks good, Sounds good" is my verbal acknowledgement that the engine instruments are indicating correctly and the engine sounds healthy and at the proper mixture setting. This could be done rolling or while on the brakes, depending on the takeoff
"Brakes release, Rotate __" - Verbal, using whatever rotation speed. Typically it's right after the "Looks good, sounds good" check, and if it's a normal, rolling takeoff Brakes Release could be left off.
"Airspeed Alive" - Self Explanatory
"__, Rotate" - Using that rotation speed from earlier, announce it out loud and do it.
"Positive Rate, Tap the Brakes, Gear ____" - This has a nice little rhythm to it. That blank next to the gear depends on the airplane. If it's fixed gear, just say "Gear Fixed" if it's a retractable, "Gear Up"
"200 feet, Flaps up" - Normal takeoff just ensures that the flaps are up, Short or soft (at least in a 172) this ensures that the flaps come up. it should be noted this is AGL, not MSL
"_____ feet, Clear ____, ____________" - Basically starting your climb here. For example in a normal traffic pattern, you'd say "700 feet, Clear Left, Turning Left" where if you're departing on a heading, say you took off on 18 and are departing on a heading of 135 you'd say "1000 feet, Clear left, Heading 135".
"Climb Checklist" - And do the climb checklist as time permits.

The principle of it all is that you're saying it as you're doing it. That way if you say one thing but briefed another earlier, your mind will give you a "HOLD IT SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT" then you adapt accordingly.
