Airline employees

Who here is an airline employee/works in the aviation industry? If so, what airline and why did you choose them?

Myself:
Horizon Air (Alaska Airlines' regional carrier), grew up flying on them and always wanted to be a part of it.

Not exactly airline/ground crew but I'm a ticketing agent for DFW airport who pretty much works for airlines with small routes to DFW. ie: Qantas, Lufthansa, Qatar, Emirates

Almost got a job with Horizon earlier this summer, but it would've meant moving from Spokane to Seattle to make roughly 12.45 an hour (in fact a ten cent cut in pay for me), which would have led to a rather poor quality of life, as the cost of living in Western Washington is insane.

I'm an aircraft refueler/line service technician at an airport. A couple days I work with airliners and the other few I work at the FBO. Airliner fueling is easy work. It's usually 2-4 people on shift and we send one guy out to fuel 3 planes and then switch off. I sit inside and watch movies/do homework for 2 hours and then fuel for 30 minutes and repeat. FBO work is hit and miss. Some days it's completely dead and I sleep for the 8 hours and other days it's jam packed and don't get a break longer than 2 minutes. Airline work is very repetitive and you know what happens when while FBO work is something new every day.
