I'm currently running DHF/aggressor. DHF has massive onobs, aggressor is faster rolling with pretty good side knobs.
I've thought about going back to DHF front and rear for really aggressive riding and I would if I was racing but having a little less grip in the back means I crash less
I'm a fan of using the biggest tyres your wheels and frame can fit for most riding, big tyre at the front makes it more predictable and takes the sting out your hands, big at the rear means predictable slides and more cushion for rocks which usually results in better rolling.
In terms of more weight being over the back you may find that down hills your weight should be fairly centred. When landing jumps, drops and gaps it will be further back. Cornering it might be a bit forward depending on your geometry and fork. Running a rear tyre that has similar grip to the front but at a higher pressure (23/28) usually gives the fastest ride
