Sup /n/ iam looking for advice, every morning, i wake up in 6:35, (i sleep for about 6 hours), brush my teeths, dress up and go to bus, it takes me about 8-10 minutes to get there. Then i wait for 5 minutes for bus. I used to listen to music, but it doesnt work anymore, i cant read books because reading in bus gives me headache. Coffe doesnt work.

Maybe find out how long the commute on the bus is and set a alarm on your phone for five minutes till your supposed to arrive at your stop (probably might want to use head phones)

If you want to fix your biological clock you need to do one extremely simple thing.

Ditch artificial light.

I remember reading about a study that sent students to the fucking wilderness without their smart toys, tablets, computers, phones and electicity in general.

Within like two days the entire group was going to sleep at sunset and waking up at sunrise.

If you need light what you want are lightsources emitting light of low color temperature (candle flame is 1800K, incandescent bulbs are 2500K, your monitor screen is 6000-6500K which is comparable to a cloudless daylight and an absolute killer of melatonin production),

You can always try introducing a "nighttime" set of lights that use 2000K lightbulbs (LEDs are decent nowadays) and if you need to use a computer or a phone there are software solutions to achieve that, on linux/bsd there's redshift and sct, f.lux on windows, macOS has that funtionality built-in recent versions.

Same for your phone.

In Denmark, there's roughly 8 hours of sunlight this time of year: sunrise 8 AM, sunset 4 PM.
