however, a rack could be attached to a blimp at the bottom of the blimp, or at the back of the blimp
or a rack could be attached to the locomotive pulling the blimp along
whether the rack is on the train or on the bottom of the blimp, it is still on the bottom
it is incorrect to say that there is a bike rack on top of the blimptrain, this just cannot be, i am sorry
