You would need some serious space restraints to not justify pic related, These fold up to practically nothing with or without a single hex key, the bulkiest part is the 26" (Quick release) rims.
And as far as comfort, put on a double sprung cruiser seat and you're golden with the front suspension, plus their really kind of fast with their gearing, high pressure tires and stiff rear end.
1000% more comfy and practical than a bmx for short - mid commutes, tough enough to drop stair sets, fits in any cars back seat / trunk, an apartment or in a truck cab.
As far as size, i'm 6"3 230lb and ride all day, both in the saddle and out, no issues (However I did come from a bmx background)
Their also 'cool', unlike most folders, and you get disk brake(s)
