Zipped on by as I was CLEAR, pulling out from a parking lot, making a right turn. There was a small car parked on the side blocking my view of him completely. A normal bike, I would have seen. And the speed he was going is just idiotic to top it off. Could have made someone's day really bad...

This guy is a road hazard. Recumbents should only be on bike paths.
