Last year, a 51-years old man was using the pic related to commute to work on a public road in Japan. It crashed against a motorbike at an intersection, and upon inspection, police found out that this vehicle does not have brakes or mirror and thus is not allowed to be use on public road. The case have been sent to prosecutors office today with suspicion of disobeying laws related to road and transportation
