But that strategy doesn't work for Sohoku, they don't have such a leader, nor is the interhigh long enough for such tactics, nor is Kaburagi their strongest rider, and even if Kaburagi was their ace, if it was apparent that he didn't have the physical strength to complete the stage then it would have made more sense for them to simply pick a new leader.
So no, it doesn't make sense... or could it be that Yowapeda is actually a much deeper show than we knew, and team Sohoku's willingness to obey the irrational whims of the author, who is God in their world, is akin to Abraham's willingness to sacrifice Isaac?
