Atlanta DOES have a public transit system, albeit not a good one. And let's face it, this city's so ingrained into the car culture that none of their employees will use it anyways (And will probably be too scared to use it, considering places it runs to and the kinds of folk you see on a MARTA train). Down here, we solve road problems by building more roads.
