What is to be done about the homeless?
They block sidewalks, bikepaths, make trains dangerous and gross, and give suburban voters legitimate reasons to fear expanding public transport.

And I'm not talking about sane hobos or people with fast food jobs living in cars. I'm talking about the "problematic homeless" who are highly insane, drug addicted, and who can't be placed in housing because they will piss and shit and start fires indoors.
