hello! sorry for this boring thread but i hope i can find some help here.

i got this real strange pain in the heel, dont know how it happened. i do road biking and street bmx but cant associate it with any specific fall (but then,i fall quite a bit on the bmx).

it doesnt bother when walking, actually it isnt even noticeable when walking, but when i press the circled area (very speific area) i get a strong "electric" pain that growes a bit twoards the foot sole.

i first noticed it when trying to strech my leg after a ride. what could it be? what should i do? i noticed it one dy , next day it was stronger and then it has remained like that for 2 more days, ive stopped riding and im just doing some short commutes very carefully. any advice on what it could be or what to do would be great, ive been googlin but havent found something like this described. thanks bros.
