They fly lower when they can to spend less time ascending and descending. I took my flights on one in the middle of the summer (august) from VA/DC, literally took off from a swamp. No problems with AC, wasn't uncomfortably hot, it was 100+ deg F outside, with nearly 90pct RH. Seats inside porter are leather with a cloth head rest that is pulled and washed before next use. Didn't stick to the seats either. I'm about 6' tall, and at the time was 220lbs, and didn't struggle to fit in the smaller cabin.
>Bush plane memeIts one of the largest, fastest, turbo prop planes flying. Its like calling a 747 a glorified Me-262.
Of course if it was a bush plane, that'd be bretty awesome too. It does of course have the noise and vibrations associated with a turbo prop plane, but compared to smaller regional turbos I'd been on with united, it was quieter and nicer. Easily able to sleep and have conversations without problems.
