What is the supposed benefit of these handlebars ? doesn't look more aero. And most importantly how the fuck should i grab the drops with that central bar in the way ?

Also bar tape job is more complicated and integrated stem is shit for adaptability. Is this a concept bike ?

Top bar is supposed to be "suspended" aka particularly comfortable grip position. It's horizontally flexy I guess.

the bars themselves don't seem to support anything other than the hand positions allowed by typical drop bars.

they seem to have gone with this.. unusual.. design because they wanted the bars higher without changing the frame geometry and without having some unsightly stem.

90s rigid MTB made from carbon, some unessesary complex handlebars and disc brakes.
Give it a low travel lightweight XC fork with lockout, stack some spacers under the stem, give it normal drop bars and it would be better.
